Returns policy

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Rockmywall being unable to refund you. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

There are naturally exceptions to the terms shown above, where for instance products are specially made, so please carefully read and check the details below before returning an item.

Please note the exemptions and exceptions below to the standard returns procedure and 14-day cancellation period, where the following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable:
•    personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, sizes, fabric, photographs, message, letters or other customised aspect

If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, please return it with the attached Return Instructions Form within 14 days. Upon receipt, your request will be processed within 5 working days and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form included in your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take: replacement or refund
